The problem

Most job search tools push the same angle: apply faster, apply more. And then you land an interview and realize you've spent all your energy applying and none of it preparing.

They Google the company 20 minutes before, wing the behavioral questions, and hope for the best. It's not because they don't care. It's because the process already burned them out.

What JobHawk does

Application tracking — A kanban board for your pipeline. Applied, screening, interview, offer, rejected. Drag and drop.

AI interview prep packages — For each application, JobHawk generates a company brief, predicted interview questions, STAR story prompts, and red flags to watch for. You get a prep package, not a pep talk.

Application Health Score — A single number that tells you where your search is breaking down. Stale applications, overdue follow-ups, interview momentum. The stuff that's hard to see when you're in the middle of it.

Job feed — Matched postings based on your preferences and history. Not a firehose.

How we're different

Huntr, Teal, Simplify — they're good at the "apply faster" part. We're not competing on that. We built for the gap between "I got an interview" and "I got the offer." That gap is where most people lose, and almost nobody builds for it.

Who built this

I'm Wallace. I built JobHawk because I lived the problem — tracking applications in a spreadsheet, Googling companies right before interviews, winging answers to questions I should have seen coming.
